We have included several items often bought with the Autel Maxscan ms300.
WE hope our selection will be of great help to you.
To us it really is a pain in the butt, to get home with your new tool for the cat or truck and sure enough you need something else to finish off you project!
Because of that we tried to provide every option you may need for the problems you may or may not run across
after using the scanner.
You will probably need the Haynes Techbook.
For good measure we also included the following items.
5Ft extension cable for the scanner.
Powerbuilt oxygen off set puller
Mass air flow sensor spray
Permatex anti seize
The extension cable is 5 feet in length and would be very handy as you would be able to stand outside of your car and read the Maxscan.
Time after time I have needed extra space to use such a tool and come up short.
We would like to include some comments from some other folks who have many things to say about the cable
Anybody who does anything with OBDII peripherals should get one of these. I have mine permanently in place and it allows me to plug in my ELM327 Scanner in at a much more practical, easy-to-reach location- right below my radio in the little sunglass compartment.
One of the greatest challenges for car enthusiasts is the difficulty in reaching the thousands of components that make up a car. Why not make it easier on yourself when it comes to one you'll use a lot- the OBDII port.

Perfect for extending the cable on anything that plugs into your cars OBDII port. I'm using it for my power programmer since I can see the readouts while I'm driving. At the end of the day if you're not using this for audio or video all that matters in the price.. and this is great in that category!

If you have a 1996 or newer vehicle with an on board computer, you need one of these code readers. It puts you in charge of your own vehicle and gives you the readout for what's going on with your vehicle before you take it to the repair shop. The guide that comes with it is fairly complete so you don't need to buy an extra book. We are very glad we bought the extention cord so that we can look at the readout at the same time we're looking under the hood. The cord loops nicely for easy storage with the reader.
